We are very excited to inform you that the Parisi Speed School is finally here! Stop by and bring your child for a free class! Or even yourself! Don't know what Parisi Speed School is?! It's a total conditioning program that is a radical approach to speed training for youth and is guaranteed to improve speed, increase total body strength, increase endurance, improve flexibility, build mental toughness, and boost confidence. The requirement for this program is to be at least 7 years of age, and a willingness to work hard! It is designed to work for athletes both in and out of season, and uses equipment including Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls, Resistance Bands, Ladder Exercises, Resisted Running, Plyometrics, Yoga, and Partner Body Weight Exercises. The facility where the classes are held will include a 20 yard turf field, and a 40 yard indoor track.

If your child decides after his or her free class that it is something that they would like to continue, your child can attend an unlimited amount of Total Conditioning Classes per week when signing up!

The Parisi Speed School is owned by South River Fitness and is two suites over from our health club. It's the first & only Parisi School in state of Maryland.
