- Resistance Training: If your goal is to lose weight, your training may
consist of lighter weights, higher repetitions and less rest.
- Good Nutrition: Together we discuss nutrition. The good, the bad and the latte you can't live without. Most clients don't need to
change everything in their diet, but rather making a few key changes that result in big payoffs.
- Cardiorespiratory Activity: Whether you're walking around the block or training
for a marathon you should be wearing a heart rate monitor. Do you know if you're in your zone to burn fat
efficiently? Current guidelines suggest 60 to 75 minutes of cardio most days in order to loose weight. How is your
cardio program? Remember, this is not short term. This is a lifestyle change!
